1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- We offer the following shipping methods:

- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $20,00.
- Shipping costs for expedited and overnight shipping will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to the United States, Canada, International.
- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- We will file a claim with the delivery company, and either send a replacement item, or issue a refund, after the claim has been resolved.
